Housing for the Aged Action Group believes that Federal and State Governments in Australia should recognise that affordable housing is a fundamental human right. Also, our governments need to respect older people, recognise their past and present contribution to society, and ensure their housing, health and aged care needs are fully met now and into the future. This Charter sets out the criteria for suitable housing and related needs for older low-income tenants
