We are seeking a person to provide support to an exciting national project to end homelessness for older people.  Working closely with the national project coordinator, you will be supporting a group of older people from across Australia to collaborate and campaign on the issues around affordable housing for older people.

We are seeking an enthusiastic housing support worker to join our intake and referral team at Home at Last.  You will be providing office-based over the phone and face-to-face information and referral to older people across Victoria.  You will have high levels of empathy for older people in stressful housing situations and a professional manner with service providers.  Knowledge of the housing sector, including public and social housing, and the he
