Housing Support - Intake and Referral Worker

We are seeking an enthusiastic worker to join our intake and referral team at Home at Last. Seeking applications as soon as possible. 

You will be providing office-based over the phone and face-to-face information and referral to older people across Victoria. You will have high levels of empathy for older people in stressful housing situations and a professional manner with service providers. Knowledge of the housing sector, including public and community housing, the aged care system and the health or community services sector is desirable. Experience in working within community organisations and/or speaking a language other than English will be an advantage.
