Albert Park Older Person's High Rise Consultation

HAAG's advocacy team visited the Older Person's Highrise in Albert Park, one of the towers slated for redevelopment.  Residents told us that they wanted to either stay in the building or stay in over 55's public housing. Those who wanted to leave had neighbour issues, but still wanted to stay in 55+ public housing. People reported recently feeling more unsafe due to younger people struggling with issues moving in. Southside Justice, Victorian Greens and 44 Flats United also attended.
