Quality and Business Support Worker

We are seeking a versatile and experienced worker with an eye for detail, to provide business and quality support as part of our continuous quality improvement.  You will be assisting us with maintaining and developing our “behind the scenes” systems, working closely with our managers and finance worker in meeting our reporting and accreditation requirements; providing administration and business systems support and assisting our Governance sub-Committee.  This is a newly created position within our growing organisation.

During COVID-19 lockdown, there will be no face-to-face work and you will need the ability to work from home.  You will have high levels of self-organisation, and a collaborative approach to systems improvement.  Knowledge of Human Services Standards, Quality standards and the principles of good governance will be highly regarded.  Experience in working within community member-based organisations will be an advantage.
