'Partnering for Impact' details the broad directions and initial actions to generate innovation and revitalisation in the Queensland Government's response to homelessness. The first step will implement 5-year service agreements for existing services. Then bring stakeholders to the table to develop a shared vision and program of work to implement our new way of partnering through a Queensland Homelessness Compact. Queensland statistics: In 2016-17, services assisted 41,438 people - 1 in 117 Queenslanders Older women (>55years) seeking homelessness assistance increased by 21% between 2011 and 2017 34% of people who access homelessness services are Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
