Reference
This report responds to the growing number of 'third-agers' whose future housing aspirations are not being met by either specialist retirement developers or mass-market housing projects. The report has developed a working definition for 'downsizer homes' and proposed a series if co-designed typologies that respond to third agers' aspirations.
