The paper is a HAAG submission written in response to a request from Consumer Affairs Victoria to respond to a report produced by the Property Council of Australia.
The PCA believe the aged care rule in the Retirement Villages (Contractual Arrangements) Regulations 2006 should be changed due to changes that came into effect in the aged care system in 2014. The submission has been made in preparation for a roundtable being facilitated by CAV on 30 June 2015 on this issue.
