Regional Housing Support Worker - Goulburn Valley Hume

We are seeking applications for a Regional Housing Support Worker living in the Goulburn Valley - Hume region. You will have an understanding of the needs of older people, especially those with a lived experience of homelessness or housing stress, and work to deliver Housing for the Aged Action Group’s Home at Last service model in the Goulburn Valley Hume region.
