Client Services Manager

As Client Services Manager you will be leading a team of workers delivering housing support and retirement housing information, working closely with the Executive Officer, towards best practice service delivery.  Having recently achieved accreditation under the Human Services Standards for the first time, the organization is entering an exciting new phase, while maintaining its central values of commitment to and inclusiveness for older people, integrity and social justice.

We are seeking a person with management experience, preferably familiar with the housing and homelessness, aged care and/or retirement housing sectors.  You must have a commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable older people and a flexible and tolerant outlook.  Experience in managing people and service delivery outcomes is a must.
