U.R.Rich Developers put the rent up.
There is no connection to any government tribunal to protest and our voices have gone unheard.

Luvly Church Inc. kept the rents OK for 5 years until they got so much so-called 'social-housing' to manage .

They had to contract out management to U.R.Developers who put up the rent and brought in high income tenants on high rents to cover maintenance costs.

Result: thousands of low income people are now homeless…and there is no real public housing left for them.

The U.R.Rich Developers wanted to make higher profits out of their 'community' housing, so they did a deal with government by getting more cash out of rent assistance (paid directly to their Company).
We, the rent-assisted people saw none of the cash and got no information about how much profit the Developer was making.

The final indignity?
It was the U.R.Rich Developer's application of the 'stock utilization' policy.
After my family grew up, I was told to move out!
